African American Orphaned Photos Part #4

This post is the continuance of the African American Photos I purchased on Ebay a few years ago. The majority of the photos were taken in Chicago, Illinois and some other areas in Chicago. I am hoping that someone recognizes the faces of these individuals.  Many do not have any names.  Some have writing but may be hard to make out.  If you have any clues or can make out some words that I don't catch, please by all means let me know.  Most of the photos were taken in the 1920's.  There are a few from the 1940's.

I hope that the descendants will discover this post so that I may one day reunite them with these wonderful photos.

African American Orphaned Photos Part #2

This is part #2 of the African American Photos that I purchased on Ebay. These photos appear to have been peeled out of a photo album with black pages.  Most have no identification, however, I hope that someone recognizes the individuals in them.  Some of the writing that does identify individuals are hard to read and some of the photos are fading.  I had to try to sharpen the photos or darken so that the faces could be seen.  Please don't hesitate to let me know if you know anyone or can send me clues.  I would love to reunite the photos to the family.  Most of the photos were taken in Chicago, Illinois in the 1920's-1930's.

Please let me know what you think the last name is on the photo for John.  It looks like a Jnge or Inge or Jeorge.  Not sure...What do you think...This may allow me to identify who these photos belong to.  The picture above with the gentleman, looks like the John in this photo.  What do you think?

African American Orphaned Photos Part #1

I am so into orphan photos and wish I could rescue them when I see them.  It can become very addicting.  It doesn't matter what nationality the individuals are or where in the world they came from.  I just love old photos.  I hope that others will recognize these individuals and contact me.

Some photos are not labeled, and then some are with dates and locations.  I purchased a small batch of photos from Ebay.  In this collection they majority of the photos were taken in Chicago approximately between 1920-1930.

I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I do.
